Job to empty LBWQ (application 11) and posting data

Hi All,

We will upgrade to ECC6 and we have to do some actions to keep delta extraction for SAP BW.

I have 2 questions concerning LBWQ:

1) Can we execute the application 11 job to empty LBWQ (LIS-BW-VB_APPLICATION_11_200 02 ) while the users are working on the source system?

2) Before execute the support package on SAP R3, we have to empty LBWQ ==> could we re execute the application 11 job if we will have a problem the first time. In other words, in when delta data are really sent to RSA7?
