I am not able to activate my currency & valuation profile

Hi Experts

While activating my currency & valuation profile in T Code 8KEP i am getting below

error.

Message No. FAGL_LEDGER_CUST140

System Response

If classic General Ledger Accounting is active, the system only checks the Customizing settings of (classic) Profit Center Accounting.

If New General Ledger Accounting is active, the system first checks the Customizing settings of (classic) Profit Center Accounting. If (classic) Profit Center Accounting is not active, the system only checks the Customizing settings of New General Ledger Accounting. In all company codes of controlling area XYZ, the PCA valuation must then be set in the currency specified in the currency and valuation profile.

I did following configuration

1)Valuation profile assigned to controlling Area

2)Currency profile created & currencies were assigned in 8KEM

3)Material ledger type were created in OMX2

4) Material ledger activated OMX1

please help me to short out the issue.

Hi

C+V profile having two option to active

1) New GL

Multiple valuation having per-requisites to have multiple currency setting (OB22) with Group currency / profit center currency. If multiple currency is not activated then only SAP services it can be activated.

OR

2) Profit center

New GL option is preferred option but any case if you are not able to activate through New GL then can be activated through profit center accounting. But in this case you have to change profit center accounting from legal valuation to profit center valuation
