Reg:Initialization ALERTS Failed, Return Code 000253

Hi Experts,

We have recently completed OS migration from HP-Ux to IBM-AIX after which we are getting an error message "Initialization ALERTS Failed, Return Code 000253" in SM21 and the detailed log says"Initialization of the SAP environment has failed. Analyze the preceding system log entries"

am pasting the detailed log for your kind refference,pls go thru the same and help me out resolve the issue

Note:Currently we are on Kernel release 640 , 221 patch

2)in T-code SMLG we have 13 instances and the status of the servers is being shown in green colourand the response time column shows 1- for all the instances respectively

Pls.help me investigate both the issues ASAP as they have been to fixed immediately
