ALE Setup for MATMAS

Dear Friends,

I got a request to setup ALE scenario to send the material's starting with letter "S" to legacy(NON SAP) system in addition i also need to trigger the change pointer whenever the material is extended from Client level to Plant level.

Can someone throw me a light on it on how can this be done.
