MD61 PIR Issue

Hello,

When planning independent requirements are entered for the date which is not the first day of the month and also a non-bussiness day, date is displaced with previous bussiness day, there is no problem with this process.

When planning independent requirements are entered for the non-bussiness day which is the first day of the month(01.09.2018), date is displaced with the last day of the previous month(31.08.2018) at MD61 transaction code. We need to displace that date for the next bussiness day of the current month(03.09.2018), is there any way to do this? (with planning period D- Day)

Thanks

Hello

It is a standard system behavior to move requirements in a non-working day to the previous working day. This is the default system behavior, in order to avoid the production to be executed too late and a possible shortage.

Hello Caetano,

I know the standart system rules but I'm wondering that there will be another way? I need to determine my requirements monthly. If the first day of month is holiday, requirement of that day should not be transferred to other month.Requirements are created by BAPI_REQUIREMENTS_CREATE function. If i can't find solution and the first day of the month is a non-bussiness day, i will determine the next bussiness day manually and use that date in function.

Best Regards,

I don't think it is possible and you will have to treat it in your program.

You can check if the date is a working-day before creating the PIR and manually displace it to the next working day.
