Add field from custom BO to standard Customer OWL screen

Hello Experts,

I have a question on the extension capabilities of the standard Customer OWL screen.

I have a custom Business Object, which contains a link to a Customer. I've already added my custom BO to the Customer TI via a embedded component. This works perfectly!

However, some of the fields in my custom BO I would also like to add as columns on the Customer OWL.

In the UI Designer I can only find the option to add an extension field of Customer itself, but not an option to add a field from a custom Business Object.

Is something like this even possible?

Any help would be great!

Kind Regards,

Glenn

Hi Glenn De Groote. One possible scenario is that you extend the standard business object(Add extension field into standard BO). Then you can use anchor "add extension field to section group/list" to add your extension field to standard OWL. You can get more info in help documentation->

9.5 Modify an SAP Floorplan-> Add an Extension Field to a Screen.

    Hi Glenn De Groote,

Is the requirement possible? I am also looking the same.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Currently, it is not possible to add a field of custom BO to standard BO UI. As of today, only those custom fields which have been added to the standard BO as extension can be added on standard UI.
