Error in calling c function: SALS_MS_GET_LOCAL_MS_INFO

Hi All,

I am getting an error while making an entry for remote monitoring of a satellite system in solution manager.

Connection test to destination P2S_RZ20_COLLECT terminated with ERRORS:

Error when calling the underlying C function "SALS_MS_GET_LOCAL_MS_INFO".

Please suggest some solution for the same.
