Getting gibberish for hypen in HTMLB textview element

Hello all,

I have HTMLB in portal development and I am using textview element in HTMLB. I have the code for example <hbj:textview text = Reminder - something.../>

When I get the output the text is displayed as "Reminder âu20AC“ something" and I am getting gibberish in place of hyphen! Did anyone run into this issue? Please let me know if you have any feedback on this.
