I am having a problem with the offline distribution wizard after doing an upgrade from 5.1 SP1 to 5.1 SP5.
After selecting a distribution list (distribute now, not scheduled) a pop-up box comes up with the message "Cannot get email address from SQL".
The domain and user ids are unchanged from SP1. I checked the tblUsers and they are in that table. I also chainged the spelling to exactly match what is in tblUsers (e.g. caps are the same.)
I checked with the network admin to see if anything changed on the exchange server that would affect this. He said no, and created some tests scripts to verify. I am also getting messages from the sql server management jobs using the same exchange server.
I have opened a high priority case with SAP, but that hasn't been very fruitful.
Does anyone have any ideas? Are there any log files that I can look at to see what the offline distributor is checking?
