Upgrade doubt

Hi All,

We are using ISA with R/3 and are on 5.0 SP10.

We have the ISA java code integrated with NWDI.

We have modified the JSPs and java code.

We are now planning to move on to SP13.

When we try to upgrade the components using NWDI, its giving a warning that there are conflicts with the code that we modified.

After upgrade do we have to manually resolve these conflicts (re do our custom changes again)?
