outlook integration

hi everyone..

i am trying to install outlook integration in our setup. when i open a document, and click on the emal button, and i get the send message box. i click on the send button, i get a message that the item has been sent successfully. but the line still remains on the box. and the mail does not get sent out.

why would this be happening? can anyone help?
