Approval Preview Incomplete When Rejected by Deadline Monitoring

We have implemented Deadline monitoring for shopping cart approval. When the deadline is missed we are to reject the cart. DLM and rejection looks ok, when we go check the status it shows rejected, hoever when you look at the Approval Preview either Graphic or table you can not tell what happend, that the Deadline was missed, by whom and that it was rejected. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks,
