Periodic Billing - Billing date on 15th of every month

Hello there,

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out here.

I am trying to configure billing plan for rental contracts. The requirement is to bill the customer on the 15th of every month.

I tried configuring the rule for date det. for billing plans but haven't been able to get it to work. Some of you here may have done this before.
