Editing an outbound delivery at the PGI

Hi Gurus,

I would like to print automaticaly an outbound delivery at the posts good issue.

The delivery is printed automaticaly when the output device is LOCL (T-Code VV22) But when i make an output device ZZ01 there is no impression, there is no spool generated in sp01 but in VL02N in the "outbound delivery" the staus of my output type is green.

What's missing.

Hi,

In VV22, go to the output condition record.

Select the output record and click on the communication button, where you normally enter the printer details.Here you can find a check box called release after printing. Uncheck the box and save the record.

When next time when you send the output, after the job is printed, you can still see the spool in transaction code SP01.

The box release after printing is unchecked.

the issue is not yet resolved.

When i change the output device in communication from ZZ01 to LOCL the job is done. the delivery is printed and the spool appear.

Try in T.code SPAD, enter the printer name (case sensitive), and under Access method tab check whether the field DoNot Query Host spooler for output status box is checked. If checked, uncheck and try.

I am not sure any authorization will prevent you to change this field, if prevents then check with your Basis guy.

I assume, the printer in question is connected to the network properly.

Hi,

In SPRO Shipping -->basic data --> output control --> Printer preference (I'm sure the path because I don't have system at the moment) for output ZZ01 an uncheck the checkbox Release document.
