Infoview Login Page Modifications

Can the login page for Infoview be modified to add notes or messages to it? If so what file is it that needs to be modified to make these changes?

You can modify some of the text for InfoView, here is a page that talks about editing the title and welcome text.

Hi Kevin,

You can modify logon page for infoview for BOE XI R2; however it is not recommended by BO.

Following is the path to modify the logon page..

C:\Program Files\ Business Objects\Tomcat\webapps\businessobjects\enterprise115\desktoplaunch\Infoview\logon\logon.jsp

Hi Kevin,

apart from the modification which you can set in preferences the infoview cannot be customized.

We highly recommend not to try it as there are lots of files involved and if you run into trouble you would be out of product support.
