Reverting historic iflow versions in NWDS 7.5

I was trying to revert and edit an old version of my iflow. It seems impossible to edit a reverted version. The same question was posted here https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3905286 and marked as answered, which I would say is not true. While it's possible to open a historic iflow (now a bit different than explained in the mentioned post -> right click on the iflow in the tree view and select "Version History", then right click the history entry an select "open") and even to deploy it, it is always opened in read-only mode and therefore can't be used and edited further from there.

Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2227566 too says it's possible to edit a historic version. Nothing mentioned how to edit it though. Did anybody achieve this?

Hi Philippe,

Once you open the older version of iFlow from the History tab, you can see an icon above with caption as "Restore this version" using which you can go to the older version and it will be in your change list to activate it. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Hi Philippe,

I'm using NWDS 7.31 SP18, and this "Load from Older Version" seems to be working.

I'm able to revert to some past version, and edit based on that version.

Is it still there in NWDS 7.5?

It's not there anymore, the functionality has been moved to the history tab of the iflow. But from there, I can only open and not revert an old version.
