Time management configuration

According to current policy:

The tolerance time for late coming / early going for all types of employees across all plants will be 5 min. i.e.)- An employee can come late by 5 mins from the start of his work schedule timings and go early 5 min before the end of his work schedule timings. Any time greater than 5 min when late coming, will be treated as lateness. Early going will come under core time violation.

The tolerance time for early coming / late going for all types of employees across all plants will be 59 min. i.e.)- An employee can come early 59 mins before the start of his work schedule timings and go late 59 min before the end of his work schedule timings.

For the system to grant overtime, the employee should either come 60 min before the start of the work schedule or should work 60 min after the start of the work schedule.

If an employee comes 3 times late in one month or maximum of 2 hours, he will be treated as half day absent.

Now the management requirement is to modify the lateness time as under:

If an employee comes 4 times late in one month or maximum of 3 hours, he will be treated as half day absent.

Where i need to do the configuration to meet current requirement and what necessary steps need to do to meet the purpose.
