1.png2.png3.pngWe are doing our financial reporting on business areas under one company code, for this reason we are executing balance sheet adjustment run F.5D and F.5E on every month end which does the business area adjustments. Technically bottom of trial balance without business area should be ZERO after execution of F.5D and F.5E but from 2008 it is not ZERO and today in 2018 we have a balance of 1,211,890 under without business area.
Furthermore, we are accumulating a huge balance in our Clearing Account 4301098 under all business areas, although it became almost Zero when we include the balance of without business area but when we do the financial reporting on business areas this balance in clearing account makes no sense.
Please advise a way how can we make out trial balance (without business area) ZERO and how to make the clearing account balance on all business area ZERO.
