Hi,

Pls check whether Manual Entries field - option 'd' has not been maintained for the specific condition type.

Hi Satya,

You need not change the Pricing procedure or the condition type settings. As Laxmipathi said,

when you have 2 condtions types in your pricing procedure with clas type as "B", system will accept teh second condtion and teh first condtion type will e come inactive.

Hence, whereever you are facing this problem, just check the pricing condtion. Any one of your pricing condtions types (having clas as "B" may be populating in your pricing procedure with Zero value, because of which the manual price you are entering is not coming into net price.

If any such condtion types are found in you sales order pricing, just delete that condtion record, which is brining this price of Zero.

This will reolve your issue

Hi,

Thanks for the reply BUT when i create a order for that particular document and particular item category. In the sales order two condition type comes in the prcinig procedure as PER the requirment set in the condition type both have condition class B.But this we are using since 2006 with no issue.Means alwayz those two condition type comes in that document and net value gets updated. All of sudden this issue comes which is very strange and suggesting my client to change the condition class of a condition type which is working fine since 2006 would not be easy.

So,apart from changing condition type we don't have any other solution.Because if it is a condtion type problem then it should come in the very first contract not after 3 years.

Anyways thanks a ton for the suggestion.

Apart for Mr.Lakshmipathi suggestion, Also check in the pricing procedure wheather you have assigned any requirement , Alt calc type to that Condition type or not.

Hi,

Sorry for the last message i sent it in haste.

Well we are using that condition type since 2006 and so far no such issue. So making changes in the pricing procedure and condition type dose'nt sound feasible?

Any other suggestion allof from changing the condition type and pricing procedure.

HI Satya,

check the formulae attached in the pricing procedure. go to the code of the routine ( formuale ) written either for conditon value or condition base value

check the abap code and the preconditions set along with abaper , ther might be something that is not triggered or requirement met in the particular trasnaciton and hnce the error

Thanks

Hi,

This normally happens when you have two condition types in the Pricing Procedure with Condition Class-B., Becoz Condition Class B will always active for only one condition and this is only active for the condition which is given in the later step. So check whether you have any condition type which is having Condition Class as B after your orginal price condition.

Also check whether VPRS or equivalent Cost is deactivated from Statistics, as this is also given as Condition Class B. So if we activate this as Statistics this will not be a problem.

Thanks for your great reply, your additional comment "check if VPRS or equivalent costs are disabled in statistics" was the solution 🙂

Hi Satya,

Check step nos from and to, Assign routine 2 in Condition formula for alternative calculation type.

Could be useful.

Thanks,

Please note that If both the condition types has a Condition Class as B (Prices) only one pricing condition in the lowest level ( step number ) will be active and rest are made inactive by the system. This is a standard behavior.

So If you have two condition types with condition class as B, you may need to change the first one to be a discount or surcharge in V/06. Then only, your issue will get solved.

thanks
