Multiple Handling Units and single TO

During putaway of inbound delivery, when i create transfer orders ,system creates Transfer Order per each Handling unit .

No any special customizing was done

As Juergen has written it's standard behavior - single item TOs. I do remember having the same problem years ago in version 4.7. I had to change standard code to get multiple item TOs here. It worked back then, however I'm not quite sure if the same trick will work nowadays. There is no user exit or enhancement here that I know of.
