Open Item Management and G/L Accounts import / auto matching

Do anyone know if there a way of automating or importing the open item reference into BYD?

Hi Richard,

Currently this feature is not available in ByDesign. You can post this idea in https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/886

In the ideas forum, multiple customers can vote for the same idea and depending on maximum number of votes, our development team will then take it up in future release of ByDesign system.

You can also the ideas submitted by other customers which may be beneficial for your business and upvote them.

You can track your idea using idea statuses which shows you where your idea is.

Hello Richard,

You can migrate the Open item reference when you are performing the GL Balance migration.

GL balance migration file has the column to maintain open item reference.

However this will nto auto clear the items assigned to same open item reference. and if you are looking for an option assign open item reference to existing postings available on open item managed GL, then there is no option to import/migrate.
