We are maintaining the unemployment rates in BSI TaxFactory. But we have discovered that SAP is using the information in the BTXRATE table in SAP instead. When I try to update the rates in SAP, I get the error "Entry 10 does not exist in BTXTAXT". I can update BTXTAXT, but I don't know what value to use for the Reciprocity Indicator.
- is there a way to have SAP use the rates in BSI instead of the ones in BTXRATE?
- if I do enter the entry in BTXTAXT for type 10, what do I use for the Reciprocity indicator?
Thanks in advance!
- Bonnie
Hello Bonnie,
Actually before SAP_HR 608 you should maintain the entries in both sides, SAP and BSI.
However, from SAP_HR 608 you must maintain this in SAP side, so parameter ER in the LUD line will be sent to BSI in the BSI intefarce (Script).
Refer to SAP note:
2335169 - BSI: Experience rate needs to be maintained in both SAP and BSI TaxFactory
