Hi,
you need to login to some graphic interface like xmanager or vncviewer
then execute /usr/sap/SID/<Instance>/j2ee/admin/go.sh ...

you can user Xmanager for getting GUI display
1. Login OS using <sidadm>
2. on command prompt type - setenv DISPLAY <your machine IP>
3. cd /usr/sap/SID/<Instance>/j2ee/admin/go
This should open Visual Admin.
