In VA02, choose the item > go to schedule line of theitem > click on the "Shipping " tab below.

Here you will find the Material availability date ,Transportation Plnning date, loading date etc.

Note down the material av date & tr.planning date.

Now, in create delivery (VL01N), enter your Shipping point, in the "Selection date" field enter the Mat. availability date or Tr.planning date whichever is earlier and proceed.

If all the dates are same, still there is no problem.

Selection date is the date on which your shipping processing begins and your Shipping process begins on either on the Material availability date or Transportation planning date whichever is earlier.

These two above date may be same also ,that means on same date Material is available as well as Transportation planning will start, so give that as selection date while doing delivery document.

Sometime all the dates like Mat av date,Tr pl date, Loding date & Goods issue date may fall on same date.

    Hi,

Go to change mode of sales order which is VA02 and choose the line item and click on GOto>Item>Schedule lines, here check on which date the system has confirmed the qty.Suppose if the system has confirmed the qty after 1 week and you are trying to create delivery on today system will throw this error to rectify this error create the delivery on confirmed date otherwise do availability check for automatically confirm the stock.

    Regards,

    Hari Challa.

    Hi ,

Can you please extend delivery date in future in the order. If due to availability check if schedule lines are not getting generated then extendending delivery might help.

    Regards,

    Nitin

    Dear Ruiz,

This due to date difference between material conformation in the sales order scheduleline tab and delivery creation date.

So please go to VA02 transaction enter your sales document number then go to the scheduleline tab here you check the material conformation date.

Now you go to VL01N transaction enter the date same date as conformation date in the sales order scheduleline tab in the Selection date field input the sales document number then execute now system will allow you to create delivery.

I hope this will help you,

    Regards,

    Murali.
