Negative Values

HI Experts,

I am using 0IC_C03 Cube with data sources 2LIS_03_BF and 2LIS_03_BX all the data in the cube is perfect matching with ECC.

But when i excute query i am getting all Negative Vlues for Key figures. Can any one help me out with this.

Hi,

I think you may not done Compression properly.

Extraction for BX with selecting opening Stock , Fill Aggregates and then compress with marker update

(checkbox will not be tick) .

BF intialization infopackage. Do INIT first, then fill Aggregates and then compress with Nomarker update(checkbox will be tick) .

Hi Reddy,

Where can i see the option of opening stocks.

What i did is

1) Loaded The cube first with BX (no marker update Checked)

2) Loaded the cube with init BF (no marker update)

3) Loaded the cube with UM(no marker update)

Finally i compressed the three requests...Is it the way or any other method to be followed please Gimme suggestions

This is in DEV box only. first time loading Data to the cube.

Hi,

Do like this..

1. Load the data for BX (Select Generate Initial Status in Update tab in InfoPackage.)

2. Right Click on Cube Manage>Collapse>Don't check No Marker Update and compress the request.

3. Load the data for BF (Select Inite Update tab in InfoPackage.)

4. Right Click on Cube Manage>Collapse>Check No Marker Update and compress the request.

If you need UM values else not required abov esteps are enough.

5. Load the data for UM (Select Inite Update tab in InfoPackage.)

6. Right Click on Cube Manage>Collapse>Check No Marker Update and compress the request.

Hi Reddy,

I followed the same way,But no use.

I am getting all the values in the info cube correctly but The values which are calculating during the query run time are populating in negative values, even earlier also its doing the same.

For ex:Average stock value (in inventory turn over report standard report) and inventory turn over values are coming as negative value, even if i run the same stock overview report i am getting the same negative values, apart from the cube values all these calculations are showing negative values.
