    Hi

Can be done using PS. This is corss company code sales scenario.

You can create either two project structures with the respective profit centers or else in one structure there can be WBS elements with diff. profit centers. The link between these will be the stock transfer order (STO).

You can transfer the stock from one to another for sales. Check Note 659590.

      Hi

I do not think there will be any issue. This is one of the std. scenario and can be configured in SAP. Check note 308989 for accounting entries... infact there are so many consulting notes available.

in my opinion this is not intercompany

set up a proejct with different profit centres for WBS where the work is done prepared etc

    post costs a susual

link sales order to the top level WBS

as it is a revenue project settle the top level to CO-PA with or without RA
