Xcelsius XL activation problem

Our licences of 10 have apparently been reset, but when we try to use and register the product it tell us that we have exceeded our licences. Can someone from Technical Support assist PLEASE ! I can provide serial and upgrade numbers. Regards, James

    Please search before posting. A simple check for "activation" gives...

    If you are experiencing activation issues with Crystal Xcelsius 4.5 or an older version, please contact customercareamericas at businessobjects.com or call 1-800-877-2340. Use option 5.

      And to anyone who reads this, please insist that you get the correct contact information from Customer Care for activation issues.

      They should not be directing you to this forum. It is not the Tech Support or Customer Support department. This is a user-supported forum at this point in time. If SAP changes that in the future then it would be helpful.

      I had to ask AJ to jump in and help resolve this thread. But that won't always be possible. Please use SAP Customer Care.
