Workflow for changing a PO and saved after getting approval

Dear all,

I am working on workflow where my requirement is if the creator of PO does not approve a change in PO, then the PO will not be saved and changer will get alert. I am using BUS2012 in my custom workflow. When any user trying to change a PO, mail is generating at creator side but PO is getting saved.

I am very new in workflow. Trying to learn. Please tell me is it possible and how?

Hi,

Please consult an experienced MM-Purchasing SAP consultant/employee and ask about PO release strategy with workflow.

Your requirement is contradictory. The changes need to be saved so that the approver can see them.

The standard process is that the document gets saved with changes and blocked, the approval releases it.
