Hi, Dialog instances are only for ABAP stack, that's why it is called Dialog xxxxx because this are mainly used for Dialog workprocesses for load balancing (they can be used for other workprocesses also).
The path is Software Lifecycle options - Application server - <your DB> - Dialog instance
