Part - 1
Can someone please explain me what exactly does Service Agent mean in SRM.
Note: While creating an employee for a Business Partner it provides a check box for Service agent.
Also while creating a Request for Temp Labor we can fill "Number of Service providers" is this related to Service agent option while creating an employee for business partner.
Part - 2
I created a request for 3 Service agents each required for 40 hours, which was later sent to 2 vendors for bidding. I accepted bid from one of the vendor and generated a PO using the awarded bid.
However to my surprise 4 PO were generated in the backend...Can someone please throw light on this behavior...
P.S.: We are using SRM Server 5.5 Classic Scenario.
