Delete Confirmation Goods/Services

Hi experts!

We are implementing SRM 5.0. When I try to delete a Confirmation of Goods/Services itu2019s not possible and the system shows the following errors : u2018Cancellation of a subquantity is not possibleu2019 and u2018Item cancellation not possible because return delivery quantity <> 0u2019 although itu2019s not the case.

Note 1252109 - Unable to delete confirmations in SRM system

You are unable to delete the SRM confirmations, which are already

transferred to the backend R/3 system. From bbpcf03 transaction, if you try

to delete the confirmation using the delete button, the following error

messages are thrown-

"Cancellation of a subquantity is not possible"

"Item cancellation not possible because return delivery quantity <> 0"

This is due to a program error.

Solution

Import the corresponding support package to correct this error. To correct

this error in advance, implement the attached correction instructions.
