My Client scenario as follows.
1. If employee is taking sick leave before off day(irrespective of the day of the week) followed by casual leave then off day should be treated as sick leave
2. If employee is taking Casual leave before off day (irrespective of the day of the week) followed by Sick leave then off day should be treated as casual leave.
SL OFF CL then off day should be treated as Sick leave
CL OFF SL then off day should be treated as casual leave
Please provide your valuable guidance.
