Financial Statement Version

Hi

Our client requirement is to have two seperate Formats for Financial Statements, one for Reporting Purposes and another, for internal purposes. How can we map this scenario in SAP?

You can define different financial statement versions for different requirements.

GL (NEW) > Periodic processing > documents > Define Financial statement versions

    Hi Subir,

    Financial Statement Version,

Each format you can create FSV, So Two format you can create two FSV separately,

    Eg: if you created

    FSV1: Reporting Purpose,

    FSV2: Internal Purpose

While execute statement for reporting you use FSV1,

If you want execute internal purpose use FSV2

You can create as much statement version as you can

    For creating statement version T.Code : OB58

For execute (generate) the statement T.Code: S_ALR_87012284

Hope this information helps you to understand, if you have any further information doing it feel free to contact

    Thank you
