Authorisation object to price change

We don't want user to change the price in purchase order manually. What ever pricing is maintained in info records gets copied to purchase order but users are having the flexibility to change the pricing components over here. Can we control this ???

Pls revert.

    Hi,

Not through an authorisation object unique to price no.

You could maintain field selection options instead so value is display only.

    Thanks.

    Hi

Authorisation will not play a role here.

It can be possible to copy form info recor to PO.

If u want PO price filed in display mode - possible

Select SPRO- SAP reference IMG- Material management- Purchasing- Purchase order- Define screen layout at document level

Then selct NBF and click details, then click on quantity and price and change the price and price unit to display mode and save it

    Regards,

    Raman

    Hi,

You can do this through function authorisation for buyers.

Function authroisation + Parameter id (EFB) should help you to achieve this.

    Sk.
