Change IDOC status from 51 to 53

Hi All,

Standing work orders as well as emergency work orders do not create a PR instead they directly trigger a sales order or PO . However, interface gives a false error that no PR was found. I would like to have this error removed (i.e) the status 51 and change to status 53, only to certain work orders. say for (e.g) the work orders which get starts or ends with ' W ' should have the status 53 instead of 51. Is it possible..if so plz suggest me to fix this issue..

Thanks in advance,

Varsha.

51 means failed Idocs ,53 is succesfully processed Idos.

For failed idos goto transactio WE02 there you can edit missed fields in Idoc.Later you can reprocess in BD87 to get the output.

      Hi,

Actually the emergency Work orders or standing work orders do not create any PR, I just blindly want to change the status from 51 to 53 without changing any segments in the IDOC status 51. This is actually possible through a program 'RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS' but at a time only 1 IDOC status can be changed, but i need to change for set of work orders.....if possible plz suggest me..

    Hi Varsha,

You can execute the program in back ground by entering the mulitple idocs.

Go to SE38, execute in back ground.

In the variant u have to give multiple idocs.

    Cheers

    Arun.
