Internal Order with budgets

Hi

Is there a possibility of entering two budget figures for one internal order? One budget will be used in actual transactions and one will be used only for reporting purposes.

If the answer for the abouve is yes, where do I need to enter the second budget figure? Is it in the Internal Order master data? I need to reflect both in a customized report

Thanks

    Hi,

You can use planning for reporting purposes. Also, you do indeed have fields at master data level, where you can store all sort of information. For example, 'estimated costs' - you can use this field to store the second 'budget' and use KOK5 to report it. Of ocurse, you will be able to build a report which will take both figures; by SQVI or by ABAP Query.

    Regards,

    Eli
