Time Confirmation on PM orders

Hi PM experts,

We have came up with a requirement when entering time confirmations on PM orders.

PM orders contain a task list with 2 tasks.Times spent on each task is captured & the Personnal number of the task performer is entered.

Let say that three technicians have carried a maintenance task of an Equipment at the same time.

So it is required to record all three Personal Numbers for that time spent on maintenance in the Order Confirmation .

But our configuration supports to enter one Personal number per confirmation at the moment.

So how could we cater this?

Hi

You can confirm the operation for N no of times. Until you select final confirm check box.

If you maintain personal number at operational level then you select at confirmation level split it will allow you to enter different man hrs for individual persons.

In your example, you would create 3 seperate confirmations - one for each technician. In each confirmation the technician enters the time, UoM, personel number, etc.

i think you can split your operation and assign the personnel no for the operation ,then you confirm each split operation with separate personnel no

but confirming 3 person for one operation ,i think it is not possible
