Hi Experts,
We have created a configurable product and a version in the WebIC modeling product assignment block .
we have also maintained the scenario in IPC XCM Administration and made the necessary entries in CRM tables COMM_IPC_PROP and COMM_IPC_URL.
When we try to simulate the product configuration from the configuration tab page in CRM COMMPR01 transaction or directly from the WebIC button , we get the following message in the screen :
'No Knowledge base found'.
When we run the program IPC_TEST_FIND_KNOWLEDGEBASES in CRM transaction SE38, we find a knowledge base for the version we had created (with statut=0).
