Error on Notification of Opportunity or Sales Quote of Follow Up Document in SAP Business Suite

Hi,

I use external follow up document from C4C sales quote to ERP order. It is ok to create the order in ERP. I have defined COD1 output type and system sends it to CPI. I'm getting the error below on CPI side.

Any ideas to solve this issue ?

Self solved! There were missing authorization in iFlow receiver tab. There are three SOAP adapter type.

Please use the first one. There are three SOAP option in Adapter Type dropdown list.

To be more clearer address should be "https://{{Host}}:{{Port}}/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/updatingopportunitywithfollowu".

Hi,

a 401 error means you don't have the proper credentials. So wrong user/password or you are not using a correct certificate for the logon in C4C, if you are useing certificate based authentication, which I hope you are.
