Personal Change Request Workflow for ESS / MSS implementation

Hi Experts,

In my project we have to implement ESS / MSS. As part of this we will have to enable many workflows. Some of the workflows are as below:

Approval of Personnel Change Requests

The following workflow template and standard tasks exist:

Workflow template WS50000042 (Process Change Request (0)) without approval step

Workflow template WS50000041 (Process Change Request (1)) with an approval step

Workflow template WS50000031 (Process Change Request (2)) with two approval steps.

Standard task TS50000075 (Process Change Request (Web))

Can you please let me know the end to end implementation of any one of the workflow?
