I am running a report ME2V, there is last column with heading It.
I have tried to corelate with PO, but didn't able to do it. Please define this column what is this.

Here item will give you the total number of deliveries to be processed on that delivery date.
In the delivery date screen initially if it shows 2 as IT then in further drop down you will find 2 POs with respect to the delivery date.

It = number of Items .
Del = is number of deliveries
It is either equal to del or bigger than del, if bigger, then a delivery has more than 1 item
