Maintainning Two Budget Figures

Dear Experts,

Just want to know whether following is possible:

u2022 Maintain a separate plan value (Ex:1500) for a Project, apart from the authorized Budget (Ex:1000).

u2022 When executing the project, Actual cost (Ex:500) should reflect on both Budget and Plan value (Ex: 1500 u2013 500 and 1000 u2013 500).

unfortunately in std SAP you cannot maintain two budget values

Values can only be 1 set for budget

you can have more than one plan versions using CO version functionality

The active controls of budgeting will only apply to the budget value and not the plan version value

You can however develop or use some plan ersion comparison reports to see the differences

Thanks for the respond. And yes this is the same that i thought.

Further I am thinking when developing the report using Quick Viewer will be appropriate.

not quickviewer but report painter/ writer
