Adobe form QR code data issue

Dear Experts,

we are facing an issue in adobe form 2D Data matrix QR code.

currently we are passing the value as like below.

when the user read the QR code it should be as like below.( the below value is reference )

if we can observe the above value there is a space in between each field. So once user scan the QR code they are expecting the value in the same way.
