My company has been using plant-specific info record for a long time. Recently, since more plants are added, we change our setting to use info record without plant. Therefore, both info-record (with/without plants) exists, and we are only updating the one without plant.
Eg)
InfoRec Pur.Org. Plant Price
3000123 01 A $5
3000123 01 $6 <---- keep updating
And I have set '- No plant-related conditions allowed' for plant A.
Now, the problem is:
When I create the PO,in item level I can see the InfoRec 3000123 is used. However, when I double click to display the InfoRec, it always display the one with plant. Although $6 is correctly used. Can anyone tell me how to config so that I can see the infoRec with plant when I double click.
Or should I delete the InfoRec with plant A first?
