CSS file not loading on BO Webtier

Hello,

I am facing issue while loading one of the design studio application. Our BO system is clustered and we have two web-tier on different node.When I open design studio application on non-web tier it loading the css file correctly however same css file is not loading on web-tier server.

When I check on individual node I am not facing any issue however when checking the load balancer URL it is causing an issue. This has happened post Lumira 2.1 upgrade.

BO Version:BI 4.2 SP3 Patch 3

Note: We have Siteminder Apache 2.4 installed on server to access BO on internet

I would start by reviewing siteminder logs for any thing related to BOE URL's or calls. Most likely, that's where the problem is - siteminder blocking some calls.

Also, collecting HTTP traces of the same workflow via siteminder and direct ULR and comparing for differences - will allow you to locate the troubling calls.

p.s.
why would you use Siteminder in this day and age ?
