SAP B1 - Installing SAP crystal reports on 9.3

Update: I downloaded CR 2016 & it is now working.

Missing the SAP addin menu even after running the CR integration from the B_SHR folder.

I'm using the 64 bit client.

Any ideas how to get this addin into the CR menu?

Does Anyone have the correct steps for installing crystal reports on SAP 9.3

I've tried & keep getting the errors.

I'm using SAP B1 9.3 with 64bit Server & 64-bit client. All working ok.

I now want to install Crystal report so I can change some standard document layouts.

I have Crystal reports 2013 64 bit & 32 bit.

What is the correct sequence to install so I also get the Sap add-in on the Crystal reports?

I have tried the following

1 - Install CR 2013 64 BIT - CR loads ok

2 - Install SAP Business One Crystal Report Integration Package from B1_shr

3 - CR 2013 then stops working with the crw32.exe error attached.

Update:

Uninstalled all CR versions

Uninstalled SAP B1 Client 64 bit

Reinstalled the SAP B1 client 64 bit

installed CR 2016

Install B1_shr\ CR intergration

All working good with no errors.

From what I have read CR 2013 is not supported by B1 9.3 anymore, you need CR 2016.
See note #2584094 and #2329487.

Appreciate the reply. I downloaded 2016, uninstalled 2013

Installed 2016

CR works but no SAP addin menu

Ran the SAP CRAddin from the packages folder

Then CR 2016 stops working.
