Yammer integration with Hybris C4C

Hello,

We are working on a scenario to integrate Yammer collaboration tool with SAP Hybris C4C. We have a list of Yammer REST services which can be leveraged in C4C to exchange data between Yammer and C4C.

However, the response that we get from Yammer is in JSON format. I already implemented the JSON parser code mentioned in How To Parse a String in JSON Format in ABSL. But the response received from Yammer is complex and the parser code mentioned in the link above needs a lot of changes to parse the Yammer response.

As of now, we are not using any middleware to consume the Yammer services. We are implementing it directly in C4C. Reason for this being, we will have to create a new custom iflow for every Yammer service (for eg. post feed, get Feeds, create user, etc.) being used.

Is it possible to have a smooth collaboration between Yammer and C4C just like SAP Jam integration, where in we just have to provide the Yammer App Id and secret key?

Does SAP plan to provide an inbuilt JSON parser in near future releases to be used in ABSL? Please provide your inputs.
