SRM Shopping cart line item data issue

Hello Expert,

We have raised shopping cart and it was approved fully. While creating PO user faced some issue. when I checked SC in BBP_PD, line item data is not available. It disappeared. Can you please advise how can I retrieve my SC line item details.

SC header data is visible in table but Item level data is missing.

Please note : SC is available in BBP_PD but not visible on SRM portal.

Could you please create a screenshot about the missing fields or specify the field names that are missing?
