Hi,
We have implemented a scenario to replicate the C4C Service Request (ticket) as an interaction to Hybris Marketing using HCI custom iflow.
Service request from C4C is successfully replicated to Hybris marketing and we can see it in the Interactions tab for a Contact.
For standard replications like Lead or Opportunity, a reference link is automatically created in yMkt. This link redirects the user to the replicated Lead or Opportunity screen in C4C respectively. Please refer below screenshot.
However, for custom replication like Service Request, reference link back to C4C is not generated automatically. Also, we are not able to configure this link in the system

Can anyone help me on how we can achieve this? Is this configurable in SAP Hybris Marketing?

Sorry that this question hasn't been answered yet. SAP Marketing Cloud doesn't generate the links itself.
However, you can easily attach a link to an interaction (attribute: SOURCE_DATA_URL) pointing to any URL you specify for the interaction. The interaction will then be clickable on the fact sheet in Marketing.
