Import of Salesforce User Failed

I'm trying to import a user from Salesforce.com into crystalreports.com. We have a license available. When I hit Import, I get the message "0 user(s) successfully imported, 1 user(s) failed. " without any details as to why importing the user failed. This user was in crystal previously, was removed and now I'm adding him again, so I suspect that may be the issue. I need to get this user in.
